Jimbo is a terrific guitar player and great entertainer. I was first introduced to Jimbo and his talent through his work as a sideman for Buddy Guy. He would open for Buddy, then play lead (second) guitar for him after Scott Holt left to form his own band. Jimbo is one of those unique characters that can play at any level you want. The night I saw him first he was playing a Harmony Bobcat with the gold foil pickups.
