Candye Kane - THE TOUGHEST GIRL ALIVE

THE TOUGHEST GIRL ALIVE
Candye Kane’s biographical stage play, The Toughest Girl Alive, debuted at the Le Poisson Rouge in New York as part of the New York International Fringe Festival. A total of five performances, which ran August 17-27, 2011, were all well-received. Javier Velasco, Director of the San Diego Ballet, worked together with Candye to create and develop this theatrical piece based on her real life experiences and the music she writes.
