William "Whop" Frazier Dies

I have heard from the Bad Influence Band from DC that musician and former bandmate William "Whop" Frazier has died. I don't have any details of his passing but out thoughts goo out to his family and friends.
"You Have to live the Blues to Play the Blues" and Whop Frazier has. Born and raised in Washington DC, Whop Frazier began his love of music and learning to play the Bass hanging around the Howard Threater. He listened to the like of BB King, Buddy Guy, Albert Collins Junior Wells and James Cotton, when they were struggling musicians. His love of music has kept him out of trouble and grounded. Blues helped Whop connect with his roots and childhood, singing the Blues is about feelings good and bad. Over the years Whop has done countless gigs all over the United States and Europe. Pleasing people with his fun personality off stage and his robust voice and music on stage, as he sings about "Fat Roberta" and "Leaving a Ring around the Bathtub" the crowd comes alive. The Young kids love to watch with wonder as Whop does magic with his fingers on the Bass. His love of Children goes on, he has played for the "SPECIAL OLYMPICS", and a benefit for the Children of the Soldiers of the Iraq War to build a new and much needed playground.
Here's Whop playing Night Life just last year.
