Potter also performed and recorded with many other notable jazz musicians, including Earl Hines, Artie Shaw, Bud Powell, Count Basie, Sonny Rollins, Stan Getz, Max Roach, Eddie Heywood, Tyree Glenn, Harry "Sweets" Edison, Buck Clayton and Charles Lloyd.

Nice to see some jazz on here... particularly Sonny Stitt! It was a slippery slope for me once I discovered Sonny Stitt. First came the other "Sonnys" Sonny Criss & Sonny Rollins. Next thing I knew I was delving into Lou Donaldson and Jackie McLean. Then Gene Ammons and Ben Webster. Once I got to the "Hanks" Hank Mobley and Hank Crawford. I realized the list was endless. Check them all out!
