I started a quest to find terrific blues music and incredible musicianship when I was just a little kid. I also have a tremendous appreciation of fine musical instruments and equipment. One of my greatest joys all of my life was sharing my finds with my friends. I'm now publishing my journey. I hope that you come along!

Rock A Boogie Woogie/My Wish - Tommy Keys
Tommy Keys, Finalist at the 22nd International Blues Challenge (IBC's) in Memphis TN, has a winning combination - Barrelhouse Boogie & Blues Piano with moody, Soulful Vocals.
Otis Spann, Professor Longhair, Pinetop Perkins, Johnnie Johnson, Champion Jack Dupree, and Dr. John influence his individual style, encompassing elements of New Orleans Blues, Funk, Boogie and Jazz.
On "RUM BOOGIE WOOGIE"... this one's all about him and his piano. If large doses of robust barrelhouse blues get you moving, then clear the dance floor 'cause here you come. On this track, TOMMY'S puttin' out some of his best stuff.....vocally and instrumentally.

Through the years Tommy has opened for such greats as Watermelon Slim & The Workers, Bryan Lee, Studebaker John, The Kinsey Report, Big Bill Morganfield, Smokin' Joe Kubek and Stuff, in addition to playing alongside many local celebrities.
