I started a quest to find terrific blues music and incredible musicianship when I was just a little kid. I also have a tremendous appreciation of fine musical instruments and equipment. One of my greatest joys all of my life was sharing my finds with my friends. I'm now publishing my journey. I hope that you come along!

GOING DOWN THAT ROAD FEELING BAD - PRESTON FULP

Preston Fulp, born in 1915, was a sawmill worker, a tobacco sharecropper, moonshiner, and blues and old-time guitarist. He made his recordings at the age of 78 and died a few months later in October 1993. Preston weaves stories of his life through both secular and sacred songs. He was the last original Piedmont blues from turn-of-the century Winston-Salem. -Timothy Duffy If you support live Blues acts, up and coming Blues talents and want to learn more about Blues news and Fathers of the Blues, Like ---Bman’s Blues Report--- Facebook Page!
